Texas Abortion Laws Upheld by “The Appeals”

It seems that “The Appeals”, my global name for appellate court judges, has allowed the great State of Texas to continue to give young human life a chance to live.

A panel of judges at the New Orleans-based 5th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court judge who said the rules violate the U.S. Constitution and served no medical purpose. In its opinion, the appeals court said the law “on its face does not impose an undue burden on the life and health of a woman.” Read More

Hopefully more black children will be born since the clamps have been tightened on on the abortion market in Texas. It makes you wonders if republican lawyers and lawmakers know something that the people at large don’t know about, or are too naive to know they need to know about.

Shout out to the lawmakers in Austin, to “The Appeals” for being sensitive when it comes to human life. Abortion clinics closed during this fiasco will stay closed.
